13:19. इस्राएलमध्ये लोहार नव्हते. त्यामुळे त्यांना लोखंडाच्या वस्तू करता येत नसत. पलिष्ट्यांनीही त्यांना ही विद्या शिकवली नाही कारण ते लोखंडी भाले, तलवारी करतील ही त्यांना धास्ती होती.

13:19. A blacksmith could not be found in all the land of Israel, for the Philistines had said, "This will prevent the Hebrews from making swords and spears."
